At Max's Protein, we want you to feel as good as you look in our performance apparel. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the apparel is free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
